We are contracted with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (AZ DES/DDD) to provide services such as Day Training and Habilitation (DTA), Residential, and Home and Community Based Services. We prioritize compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain a Quality Management (QM) plan to monitor the delivery of our services and ensure that we are meeting the objectives for the individuals we serve. We also encourage clients and their families/guardians to be actively involved in our QM team.
