At On Angel’s Wings, we offer Employment Support Aide (ESA) and Individual Supported Employment (ISE). ESA and ISE are individualized employment in the community with a job coach to assist with applying, interviewing, and maintenance of jobs. These are carefully selected, safe environments of employment, giving every opportunity for individuals to flourish and use his/her social skills.
We assist with job searches, processing applications, conducting mock interviews, giving tips on dress and presentation as well as building an individual’s resume. After employment is secured, we follow up weekly with both the individual and the employer to provide any on-going support.
